On August 1, 2025, BWTON Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou DEEP Robotics Co., Ltd. inked a strategic cooperation agreement. Yang Hongxu, Chairman of BWTON, and Zhu Qiuguo, Founder of DEEP Robotics, signed the document on behalf of respective parties.

The two sides held thorough discussions covering technical innovation directions and commercialization of research outcomes, sharing respective research progress and technological breakthroughs. DEEP Robotics spoke highly of BWTON’s profound technology accumulation, continuous R&D investment and robust industrial implementation performance.
Taking this cooperation as a fresh starting point, both parties will expedite technical convergence and project delivery, keep expanding the application boundary of the "Spatial Intelligence + Embodied Intelligence" combination, and jointly fuel smart city construction and industrial digital upgrading.
