Deputy Minister of Thailand's Ministry of Transport Visits for Cooperation Negotiations

On June 8, Mr. Visarn Techateerawat, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport of Thailand; Mr. Napoldech Manilanga, Deputy Minister’s Advisor attached to the Prime Minister’s Office; and Mr. Chun-Shen Huang, Advisor to the Deputy Minister, led a delegation to BWTON for inspection and exchanges. Yang Hongxu, Chairman of BWTON, Yu Huaqiong, General Manager, Zheng Hang, Chief Digital Officer, together with Li Jie, Chairman of Beijing Xincheng Hetai and other partnering representatives, received the guests. Both sides held in-depth discussions on the intelligent upgrading of transportation industry, the implementation of AI technologies for digital transportation, and prospects for SPatial Intelligence cooperation between China and Thailand.

During the tour of BWTON’s Spatial Intelligence Exhibition Hall, the delegation led by Deputy Minister Visarn Techateerawat learned about BWTON’s proprietary core technological advances in spatial intelligence and digital twin, and experienced the innovative application of generating 3D models via instant photographing. The delegation spoke highly of BWTON’s multi-scenario intelligent solutions and fully recognized the Company’s contributions to driving industrial digital transformation.

At the forum, Zheng Hang, Chief Digital Officer of BWTON, elaborated on the Company’s core strengths in AI-powered digital transportation. Relying on self-developed technologies including physical multimodal fusion, spatial semantic vector language framework, AI 3D geometry engine and MoE Spatial Physical Mixture-of-Experts System, BWTON has independently built the Spatial Physical Vision-Language Model (SpVLM). The innovative tech platform has been widely deployed across infrastructure sectors such as urban traffic management, fire emergency dispatch, water conservancy & water environment monitoring and comprehensive urban governance, delivering high-efficiency, high-precision spatial intelligent solutions for clients.

Deputy Minister Visarn Techateerawat positively appraised BWTON’s pioneering model of in-depth AI integration within the transportation sector. Meanwhile, the two parties explored potential partnerships with local Thai enterprises, laying a solid groundwork for future business expansion covering smart transportation, smart ports and industrial automation.


This visit establishes a sound foundation for deepened cooperation between Thailand’s transport authority and BWTON in advancing intelligent transportation upgrade. Moving forward, BWTON will keep leveraging its technical edges in spatial intelligence and AI computing capacity, actively engage in smart city construction and digital infrastructure upgrading for countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, export proprietary technologies and proven industrial experience, and facilitate the high-efficiency and intelligent transformation of global transportation industry.
